At iConnect, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may return your item in accordance with the policy outlined below.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, labels, and documentation

  • You must provide proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at office@iconnect-group.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or made-to-order products, such as personalized or modified TV lift systems

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been installed, mounted, or used

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

Standard, off-the-shelf items may be eligible for return if unused and in their original packaging.
Customized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive defective or with a confirmed manufacturing issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item (upon approval) and place a separate order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method

  • Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund
