When will my order be processed?

At iConnect, we process orders Sunday through Thursday (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase and shipped immediately after processing.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.


How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been processed, it will be carefully packed and shipped in a custom wooden crate to ensure maximum protection during transit.
All orders are shipped via UPS.

Estimated delivery time is 16–30 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance procedures.


Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

All prices on our website are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are tax-free.

Depending on your local regulations, import duties, VAT, or other customs fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by your country’s customs department. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment.
